Although it depends on the coating conditions, the transfer amount of the coating liquid is generally related to (D-Bar>wire bar). Therefore, in the case of the same 1mm area , it can be considered that the application of D-Bar is more.

It is only a guide, but when choosing a D-Bar by comparing it to a wire rod, please refer to the excerpt from the groove specification list below, we recommend that you use the smallest specification as a guide, such as A.

*The 1mm area shown in the groove specification table is the measurement data of a test piece with a material diameter of φ10.

*The test piece used for the measured data has no surface treatment.

*1 mm area may vary depending on material diameter, finish type and thickness selected.

*Our 1 mm area does not guarantee the coating amount, and it may differ from the estimated film thickness depending on the coating conditions and physical properties of the coating liquid, so use it as a reference value only.
