Introduction

The automatic density meter adopts the principle of U-tube oscillation method, effectively combines Peltier's precise temperature control technology and high-definition video camera technology, which not only provides users with accurate, stable and reliable test results, but also brings users an effective and convenient test experience. The high-definition video can easily see whether there is a bubble influence in the sample, and the pulse excitation and high-precision detection technology are used to facilitate users to accurately and quickly measure the sample density and density-related parameters.

Test principle: A small amount of sample is injected into a sample tube with a controlled temperature, the vibration frequency or period is recorded, and the density of the sample is calculated using the pre-obtained sample tube constant. The specimen tube constant is determined by the vibration frequency of the specimen tube when it is filled with a calibration solution of known density. The instrument displays the density value directly after the sample is injected into the tube.
