Applications

Sample concentration is a problem that every chemical laboratory must deal with. In the past, the rotary evaporator was mainly used for concentration. However, the disadvantages of using a rotary evaporator for concentration are obvious: the concentration speed is slow, the operation is troublesome, and it is especially not suitable for small samples. In this case, the Nitrogen Evaporator came into being. It not only solves all the shortcomings of the rotary evaporator, especially for small and multiple samples, but also becomes a must-have instrument for every chemical laboratory. For samples that cannot be heated or even need to be cooled and concentrated, they can only be concentrated using a nitrogen blower. The Nitrogen Evaporator adopts purge and trap technology, and can heat the sample at the same time, and use inert gas such as nitrogen to quickly, controllably and continuously blow to the sample surface to achieve rapid anaerobic concentration of the sample solution. ● The air needle channels on the distribution chamber can be used in combination or individually, and each air needle can be switched on and off independently. The height of the distribution chamber can be adjusted as needed;

● The gas flow of each channel can be adjusted independently to meet the different needs of users. At the same time, it overcomes the weakness that the gas flow rate of each gas path of the non-adjustable Nitrogen Evaporator is different. The unique self-balancing suspension lifting system is ingeniously designed to make the height adjustment of the distribution room more flexible;

● Digital temperature controller, double digital display, PID technology is used for adjustment and over-temperature alarm can be realized;

● The parts that may be in contact with solvents are made of 316 stainless steel, which has a long service life and is easy to clean; the whole machine can be used in a fume hood;

● Each model can be equipped with gas flow meter and pressure regulating valve;

● Generally, standard test tube racks have a hole diameter of φ15mm, and users with special specifications can pre-order their special hole diameters and arrangements.
