Introduction to the four-sided Applicator

MODERNER SZQ-68 frame type Wet Film Applicator has a coating film thickness of 250/300/350/400μm and a coating width of 68mm. It is a Wet Film Applicator made of stainless steel and has good wear resistance. The hardness of the frame four-sided Applicator is HRC48±2.

material use

The SZQ Applicator is made of 9Cr18Mo stainless steel, which has the characteristics of wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Steps

1. Put the template on the platform and fix it so that the Frame Applicator does not move when it slides over.

2. Select the preparation of the appropriate wet film thickness, and place it on the short side of the sample, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3. Pour about 5 ml of the sample in front of the frame-type four-sided Applicator, press the two ends of the Applicator with your fingers, and slide at a constant speed of 150 mm/s to finally obtain a wet film with the required wet film thickness.

4. After use, the SZQ-68 Wet Film Applicator should be wiped clean with a suitable solvent, and the surface should be coated with oil or vaseline.
