        Applications

        The product is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, components and their materials when they are stored, transported and used in high-low temperature environments, as well as the temperature gradient test. Stress screening tests can also be performed on electronic components .

        Box structure

        1. The cabinet adopts an integral structure.

        2. The inner side of the box is made of 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is made of 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plate sprayed with plastic, and the insulation material is made of ultra-fine glass insulation cotton.

        3. The door is sealed with double-layer silicone rubber sealing material.

        4. The observation window is tempered hollow glass with multi-layer conductive film, the size is 200×300mm. In order to prevent the glass from frosting at low temperature, it is surrounded by a built-in special heating wire and equipped with a lighting lamp to provide illumination for observation.

        5. There is a φ50mm test hole with a plug on the side of the box. The plug material is silicone rubber with low foaming, which can withstand high-low temperatures and has thermal insulation performance.

        6. There is an air-conditioning cabinet on the back side of the working room of the cabinet, and evaporators, electric heaters, humidifiers, fans, fan volutes and other equipment are installed in it.

        7. The temperature sensor is placed at the air outlet.

        8. The air supply mode in the Test Chamber is the upper air supply and the lower air return mode.

        Heating and Cooling Systems

        1. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chromium wire electric heater, which has low thermal inertia and long service life. The controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal is output by the instrument, which is controlled by a solid state relay, and the control is stable and reliable.

        2. The low-temperature refrigeration adopts the French "Taikang" fully enclosed compressor unit. Other refrigeration components such as American RANCO, SPORLAN, Swiss "ALFALAVAL", Danish DANFOSS, Italian CAS, Japanese Sagnomiya and other imported brand products. Use R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant.

        3. In order to ensure the safe operation of the system, protection systems such as high pressure control, overpressure, and overload must be installed in the system.         Control System

        5. The control system is equipped with a user-friendly operation panel, which is located on the upper left of the high-low Temperature Test Chamber, and is equipped with power supply, lighting, various functional operation buttons and fault indicator lights.

        6. In addition to the main controller, an independent over-temperature protector is also installed in the system. Even if the main controller fails, the over-temperature protector can reliably cut off the heating power to protect the safety of equipment and samples.

        7. There is an interlocking device in the electrical control system. When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, the refrigeration unit and the heating system cannot be started. When the unit is ultra-high pressure and overloaded, the refrigeration unit will be prohibited.
