Introduction

The electric bond strength Detector (electric pull-out instrument for short) is a new type of automatic testing instrument newly developed. It is suitable for rivet , bond strength of wall insulation materials and exterior insulation materials. Testing of bonding strength of wall tiles, carbon fiber materials, various boards, paints and other materials. The electric drawing instrument adopts an electromechanical integration design and is equipped with a high-precision S-shaped sensor. The entire instrument is integrated into a whole, including control display, sensor, screw, reaction support and other mechanical transmission parts to form a "door" structure. The Detector can simultaneously display the intensity value MPa and force value KN. It has the characteristics of light weight, labor-saving handle operation, and easy use.

●Using high-precision S-type sensor, the accuracy level can reach above 0.5%FS;

●The instrument adopts a 3.5-inch touch screen and external button design, with clear display and easy operation;

●Real-time display of force value, intensity value, displacement and speed;

●Force intensity value time curve display function, broken line correction function, peak hold function;

●The fixed load value function can set the test force value and automatically stop when the test force value is reached;

●Setting menu, data can be recorded, queried and deleted;

●Data export function, equipped with special host computer software, can generate test reports;

●Hardware and software are designed with dual safety protection devices to ensure detection reliability;

●The power supply method adopts imported 12V lithium battery, which can be equipped with a large-capacity external power supply for longer battery life;
