Introduction

The new generation BPN series carbon dioxide Incubator is an upgraded product of the original HH·CP series carbon dioxide Incubator. Using infrared CO2 sensor, the control accuracy is accurate and stable, and it is not affected by temperature and humidity.

 1. Humanized design 

● Can be stacked (two floors), convenient for full use of laboratory space, microcomputer LCD controller, accurate and reliable control. The stainless steel liner and the shelf are adopted , the four corners are semi-circular transition, and the shelf bracket can be assembled and disassembled freely, which is convenient for the cleaning of the studio.

 2. Infrared sensor 

● The infrared (IR) sensor has the characteristics of fast monitoring of carbon dioxide gas and is not affected by the fluctuation of external temperature and humidity . uniform. The thermal conductivity sensor is easily affected by temperature and humidity, and has long response time and large detection error. If it is used for a long time, it needs to be calibrated frequently.

3. Effective microbial filter 

● The CO2 inlet is equipped with an effective microbial filter. For particles with a diameter greater than or equal to 0.3μm, the filtration efficiency is as high as 99.99%, and the bacteria and dust particles in the CO2 gas are effectively filtered.

4. Automatic control of circulating fan speed 

● The speed of the circulating fan can be automatically controlled. When the temperature in the box is at a constant temperature, the speed will decrease, and the circulating wind speed will be adjusted to the wind speed suitable for cell growth, so as to avoid volatilization of samples due to excessive air volume during the test.

5. Door temperature heating system 

● The door of the Incubator can heat the inner glass door, which can effectively prevent the glass door from condensing water and prevent the possibility of microbial contamination caused .

6. Safety function 

● Independent temperature limit alarm system (optional) to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents.

7. Ultraviolet sterilization system
