Overview

BDW-50KN ring stiffness testing machine adopts electric loading, electronic measurement, continuously adjustable speed, and microcomputer for real-time control. The machine displays the test force, displacement, test speed, and test status at the same time, and has functions such as test force peak hold, displacement peak hold, and automatic return. This machine is widely used in ring stiffness and mechanical properties testing of PE/PVC/wound corrugated pipes, plastic pipes, FRP pipes, sand-filled FRP pipes, and steel tape wound pipes.

• Using Japanese Panasonic AC servo motors, drivers, and German planetary reducers, the system and components have strong versatility, easy maintenance, stable and reliable performance, and have overcurrent, overVoltage, overspeed, overload and other protection devices.

• Automatic shifting: Automatically switches to the appropriate range according to the load size to ensure the accuracy of measurement data; realizes automatic shifting, zeroing, calibration and saving of physical zeroing, gain adjustment and test force measurement in the true sense. There is no analog adjustment link, and the control circuit is highly integrated.

• Automatic storage: Automatically obtain the maximum test force, yield point, ring stiffness, ring flexibility inner diameter change rate and other parameters through the computer, and automatically store the test results

• Automatic speed change: The speed of the moving beam during the test can be automatically changed according to the preset program.

• Automatic calibration: The system can automatically calibrate the accuracy of the indication value.

• Automatic saving: After the test is completed, the test data and curves are automatically saved.
