Introduction

The plastic case electrode is an electrode produced by Qiwei that is used with an on-line industrial pH meter. The length of the line is 5 meters. It is divided into two types: manual temperature compensation and automatic temperature compensation. It is not suitable to use plastic case electrodes when the temperature exceeds 60 degrees Celsius. The plastic shell electrode of the automatic temperature compensation type has 4 probes, and the common electrode has only two probes. The plastic case electrode of the pH meter is suitable for measuring the solution of 0~14pH, and the measurement accuracy is 0.01pH.

Instructions for use

1. The plastic case electrode of the pH meter should be installed with an electrode installation bracket or a Flow Cup, and the plastic case electrode cannot be placed directly in the water.

2. Before installation, use raw material tape (3/4 thread) to do waterproof sealing work, so as to prevent water from entering the electrode of the plastic case of the industrial PH meter , causing a short circuit of the internal cable.

3. After the plastic case electrode is connected to the online pH meter, first connect the industrial pH meter to the power supply and preheat it for 30 minutes before calibrating.

4. When performing the calibration of the working electrode, pay attention to the fact that the plastic case electrode cannot be placed flat, but should be placed vertically .

5. After using the plastic case electrode, clean the plastic case electrode and insert it into the protective bottle and tighten the bottle cap to prevent the solution from seeping out.

Note: The glass bulb of the electrode is facing down to prevent the MV data of the electrode from being deviated.

Calibration method

Use the two-point method to calibrate the plastic case electrode, use the pH6.86 buffer to calibrate the position, and then use the pH4.01 or pH9.18 buffer to determine the slope.
