Manual Ink Proofer

100 lines/inch, naming steel anilox roller, printing surface width 70mm, specially designed for flexographic ink color scheme proofing.

Applications

This instrument is specially designed for color matching and proofing of flexo printing inks. It is used to measure the coating effect of printing inks, liquid paints, glues or similar materials on paper, plastic film paper and other equipment by hand.

Instructions

The instrument uses a movable handle equipped with two connected rollers, one made of inscription steel and the other made of rubber in contact with the sample. The paint is injected between the two rollers and sent to the equipment through the rotation of the two rollers. The fineness of the coating film depends on the line/inch of the steel roller.
