UK PILLAR sherman no. 41 Dyne pen Corona pen, copper tape
Imported from the UK, No. 41, the writing thickness is 5mm, and the capacity is built-in 6ml dyne liquid.
PILLARDyne pen, also known as corona pen and Surface Tension Test Pen, can accurately test whether the surface tension of the plastic film reaches the value of the test pen. Let users know clearly whether the film is suitable for printing, lamination or vacuum aluminum plating, etc., so as to effectively control the quality and reduce the loss caused by unqualified materials. It is not limited to plastic films, but can also test the surface tension of various materials.

Application
Thin film industry, air conditioning industry, automobile industry, mobile phone industry, glass industry, ceramic industry, circuit board industry
Instructions for use
1. Choose a corona pen with a suitable dyne value
2. Clean the surface of the film and spread it on a horizontal table
3. Gently draw a stroke on the film surface with a corona pen
Determination of dyne value method
Use a dyne pen to draw a line on the surface of the material. After 2~3 seconds, observe whether it shrinks and condenses into water droplets. If there are shrinkage drops, change to a low-level dyne pen and draw a straight line until there is no shrinkage and no droplet points to determine the surface tension value of the object.
analysis results
1. If the drawn lines are evenly distributed without any beads, it means that the surface tension of the film is higher than the index marked on the Dyne pen, and it can be printed in this case.
2. If the drawn line shrinks slowly, it means that the surface tension of the film is slightly lower than the index marked on the Dyne pen. In this case, the printing effect is not good.
3. If the drawn line shrinks immediately and forms bead points, it means that the surface tension of the film is much lower than the index marked by the Dyne pen. This case cannot be printed.
