This product is suitable for corrosive gas testing of parts, electronic components, protective layers of metal materials, and industrial products.
Measurement methods
Measuring method of sulfur dioxide concentration: through sulfur dioxide flowmeter, the measuring range is 30-300ml/mim; the sulfur dioxide flowmeter adopts a glass rotor flowmeter, which is an anti-corrosion flowmeter. According to the requirements of the measurement medium, the corresponding corrosion-resistant materials are used to meet Userâs process requirements. The flow meter has the following characteristics: 1. High accuracy in measuring instantaneous flow; 2. The measurement range can reach 1:10; 3. Small pressure loss; 4. It is suitable for the measurement of corrosive fluids.
Material
1. Box shell material: Made of 8mm thick PVC reinforced hard plastic board, the surface is smooth and smooth without scratches, and is resistant to aging and corrosion, easy to clean, and no leakage;
2. Inner tank material: 8mm thick PVC plastic plate;
3. Door material: The door is made of 8mm tempered glass, which is convenient for observing the test condition of the test sample during the test. The door and the box are sealed with a foamed silicone sealing strip to prevent gas leakage;
4. Heating is an inner tank air heating method, using titanium alloy heating tubes, which are corrosion-resistant, heat up quickly, and have uniform temperature distribution.
Control System
1. The temperature controller adopts a high-precision digital display temperature controller, which has accurate and stable control and no drift in long-term operation;
2. It has a power-off memory function, and the remaining test process can be continued when the power is restored;
3. Touch setting and digital direct display;
4. Sensor: Use corrosion-resistant 316 material PT100 test sensor;
5. Time relay: 1s~999h, m, s adjustable;
6. Executive components: AC contactors, small relays, solid state relays.
Sulfur dioxide concentration control
1. The gas concentration is controlled by the metering cylinder buoy;
2. The air guide tube is connected with corrosion-resistant silicone tube;
3. Use compressed air to exhaust waste.
Protection System
1. The overall equipment has automatic shutdown protection after fault alarm such as over-temperature, low water level, overload, fan overheating, electric leakage, operation instructions, etc.;
2. The waste gas is filtered with alkaline solution and discharged outdoors. The remaining gas will not cause pollution to the atmospheric environment.
