Introduction

The pump is suitable for pumping air and other general gases. It can be used alone, and can also be used for booster pumps, diffusion pumps, backing pumps for molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and pre-pumps for titanium pumps. It is widely used in vacuum metallurgy, vacuum coating, vacuum drying, freeze drying, and vacuum dehydration.
