product description
The equipment mainly consists of a box, refrigeration system, heating system, air circulation system and control system. The outer shell of the box is made of cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic spraying, and the inner tank is made of SUS304 mirror stainless steel plate. The overall appearance is beautiful and elegant. The insulation layer of the box is composed of high-density polyurethane foam + ultra-fine glass wool, which has the characteristics of high strength, small high-temperature deformation, and good thermal insulation.
The temperature controller adopts Japanese temperature and humidity control module, with reasonable ergonomic structural design and friendly human-machine dialogue operation interface, which is easy to learn and use. The test data is clearly displayed, historical data is archived and available for inspection in real time, current operating parameters are dynamically displayed and real-time data curves are represented.

The refrigeration unit adopts Debo fully enclosed commercial compressor.
The refrigeration system adopts a binary low-temperature loop system design.
The box uses a multi-wing centrifugal blower to circulate powerful air to avoid any dead spots and make the temperature distribution in the test area uniform.
The air circulation outlet and return air design ensures that the wind pressure and wind speed meet the test standards, and the temperature can stabilize quickly when the door is opened and closed.
Heating and cooling can improve the efficiency of the system immediately, reduce test costs, increase lifespan, and reduce failure rates.
The temperature control system adopts a fully imported touch-button instrument, which is easy to operate and set.
After the data and test conditions are input, the controller has a locking function to prevent human touch from changing the temperature value.
It has the function of PID automatic calculation, which can immediately correct the temperature change conditions, making the temperature control more accurate and stable.
