The numbers directly display the rotation speed of the rotating shaft, and is equipped with a dispersing impeller and a sanding blisk. It can adapt to different test needs in the laboratory, and can directly calculate the relationship between the linear speed of the mixing, dispersing, and sanding blades and the material viscosity and chemical reaction rate based on the displayed shaft speed, providing correct data for large-scale production.

Product structure

1. This machine adopts a double-axis constant force lifting system, which is convenient for lifting and lowering.

2. Adopt a new type of variable frequency motor and implement stepless speed regulation of the motor through an intelligent variable frequency controller. Applying digital PID technology, the control accuracy is high, and the 4-digit digital tube directly displays the spindle speed.

3. The dispersing impeller and sanding blisk are directly connected to the rotating shaft with screws.

4. The barrel is fixed by the left and right clamps. The barrel adopts a jacket structure and can be processed by stainless steel materials through cooling water.
