Introduction
The SNB-AI intelligent digital viscometer adopts a 16-bit microcomputer processor core control circuit, without gear drive, and has intelligent automatic measurement and manual measurement methods. The blue screen LCD digital display directly displays the viscosity, rotation speed, temperature, percentage torque, rotor number and the maximum measurable viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current rotation speed. The sample volume is small, only 10-20ml. The optional "Data Acquisition and Drawing Software" can be used to perform multiple mathematical statistical analysis tasks such as data acquisition, data storage, and historical data comparison. The circuit adopts patch technology, with compact structure and reasonable layout. The measurement performance and functions of this series of products are close to the professional level of similar foreign products.
This instrument can measure the viscous resistance of liquids and the dynamic viscosity of liquids. Widely used in viscosity measurement of various fluids such as grease, paint, food, papermaking, cosmetics, chemicals, coatings, capsules, etc. Equipped with a special temperature-controlled heater, it can be used to measure the apparent viscosity of asphalt, hot sol, paraffin, high polymer and other fluids.
Measurement principle
As shown in the figure, the stepper motor is driven with high subdivision to drive the sensor pointer, and the rotor is driven to rotate through the hairspring and the rotating shaft. If the rotor is not resisted by the liquid, the hairspring sensor pointer is at the same position as the stepper motor sensor pointer. On the contrary, if the rotor is subjected to viscous resistance from the liquid, the hairspring generates torque to compete with the viscous resistance, and finally reaches balance. At this time, the photoelectric sensor outputs signals to the 16-bit microcomputer processor for data processing, and displays the liquid viscosity value (mPa·s) on the LCD.
