Introduction
Coating Thickness Gauges are divided into magnetic thickness measurement and eddy current thickness measurement. Magnetic is used to test non-magnetic coatings on a magnetic substrate, such as paint on steel. Steel is magnetic and paint is non-magnetic. Eddy current is used to test non-magnetic coatings on a non-ferrous metal substrate. Test non-conductive insulating coatings, such as paint on Lu. Lu is a non-ferrous metal and the paint is non-conductive. It can non-destructively measure the thickness of non-magnetic coatings (such as aluminum, chromium, copper, enamel, rubber, paint, etc.) on magnetic metal substrates (such as steel, iron, alloys and hard magnetic steel, etc. ) and non-magnetic metal substrates (such as copper , aluminum, zinc, tin, etc.) on the non-conductive coating (such as: enamel, rubber, paint, plastic, etc.). Coating Thickness Gauge has the characteristics of small measurement error, high reliability, good stability and easy operation. It is a testing instrument required to control and ensure product quality. It is widely used in manufacturing, metal processing industry, chemical industry, Commodity inspection and other inspection fields.
