Structural principle

1. Bottom plate: The bottom plate adopts assembly weldments, which have high rigidity and strength, and the installation surface is processed after aging treatment; the test size of the bottom plate: length 2.0 meters × width 2.0 meters, there are warning boundaries around and in the center, and the middle line is also for testing The reference line of the test piece, the center of the test piece is relative to this line during the test, and people cannot stand on the bottom plate;

2. Transmission crossbeam: Servo motors of the left and right clamping arms in the transmission crossarm drive the screw to move inward at the same time (speed adjustable) to clamp the specimen to the set force, which is sensed by the built-in pressure sensor of the clamping arm. its cessation;

3. Servo system: When the clamping force of the two clamping arms of the transmission cross arm reaches and stops, the servo control station controls the servo to move up, stop and descend through the chain transmission cross arm. No one can be on both sides of the cross arm during the test;
