Introduction
CD-5000 is an independently developed online intelligent conductivity/TDS meter. It uses high-performance CPU chip and SMT chip technology to complete conductivity/TDS and temperature measurement, temperature compensation, and automatic range conversion, with high precision and good repeatability. It can be widely used for continuous monitoring of conductivity values/TDS in solutions such as thermal power, chemical fertilizers, metallurgy, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, biochemistry, food and tap water.

Brand new waterproof, dustproof and moisture-proof outer casing (IP65) technology, surface spray painting technology, the appearance of the instrument is generous and high-end.
The product has high precision, high stability and strong anti-interference ability.
Large-screen dot matrix LCD display, supports Chinese and English menus (mutual switching), and multiple parameters can be displayed simultaneously.
It can conduct conductivity/TDS measurement, upper and lower limit control, and automatic range switching to improve the measurement resolution of the product.
The screen displays the alarm status and can be accompanied by switch ON/OFF signal output at the same time.
Automatic temperature compensation function: automatic 0~100℃.
Communication function: Both RS485 and 4-20mA interfaces adopt photoelectric isolation technology. The RS-485 communication interface is compatible with the MODBUS protocol part (optional) and can be converted to RS-232. The conductivity/TDS value corresponding to the 4-20 mA current output can be set arbitrarily. Support company-wide IoT and customer-customized IoT.
The hysteresis amount can be set arbitrarily to avoid frequent action of the switch relay.
Large range can be customized (within 0-300 mS·cm-1)
Watchdog function: ensure that the instrument will not crash.
The core components are all from foreign brands.
