JINHE WZY-4030A numerical control multifunctional prototyping machine

WZY-4030A numerical control prototype is used to prepare sample blocks or splines for material testing on non-metallic raw materials. It can process dumbbell-shaped, rectangular, and circular splines, and can also process notches for impact splines. Irregular planes are milled into slabs.

Using CNC numerical control technology, the program controller controls the three-axis linkage system, drives the XYZ axis motors and supplements with high-speed spindle motors to form a high-precision processing system to realize the processing of various graphic samples.

Machinable graphics

1. Dumbbell spline processing. Almost all standard dumbbell splines are supported. The dumbbell graphics program is built into the software, and the processing can be selected through the operation interface, without the need for the user to compile the processing program by himself. The operation is simple and easy to learn. Special shape programs can be customized by contacting the manufacturer.

2. Rectangular spline processing. The common one is the 80*10 impact spline. Select rectangle processing in the software, input the length and width of the rectangle and other required parameters, and then process.

3. Round sample processing. Commonly used is the circular Vicat temperature test sample block. Select circular processing in the software, input the diameter of the circular and other required parameters, and then process.

4. Straight line cutting. The cutting operation can be controlled manually, or the linear processing function in the program can be used to realize the cutting operation of the plate.

5. Gap processing. The splines used for Charpy or Izod impact tests often have standard notches. types of gaps.

6. Plane milling. The material with irregular surface can be milled into a flat plane; select plane processing in the software, input the length and width of the milling surface and the milling thickness, and the plane processing function can be realized.

1. Controlled by the touch screen of the industrial computer to realize processing actions such as linear motion and interpolation motion.

2. Electronic handwheel. The equipment is equipped with an electronic handwheel as standard to achieve precise spindle position adjustment.

3. Tool setting device. Equipped with Z-axis tool setting device, automatic Z-axis tool setting is realized, which is accurate and saves time and effort.

4. Standard single-edged, double-edged milling cutter and gong cutter are suitable for processing various materials.

5. Equipped with two kinds of tooling, one is a direct pressing plate and the other is a well-shaped pressing plate, which is suitable for clamping different types of materials.
