DM-IV Putty Grinding Tester is a new type of instrument designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T1770-2008, which is used to evaluate the sanding resistance of primers and putty.

Features

Adopt high-precision stepping motor. Touch screen control, the speed range is 0-135 times/min, and the number setting range is freely set from 0-9999 times. Round-trip counting, test stroke 155mm, grinding head mass 570g+-15g counterweight 50+-3.100+-4200+-7 each. The size of the tinplate used in the test is 200*80 and the thickness is 0.3-1.5mm. The specification of the test bench is 250*90*45 manual suction cup, the power supply is 220v50hz, the external dimension of 40w is 270*310*355, and the weight of a single machine is about 15kg.

Instructions

Turn on the power and set the required number of times according to the screen instructions, enter the test state, absorb the pre-prepared test plate on the disk workbench, then add the required weight, adjust the button to set the desired speed, and start the test , the instrument will automatically stop when the specified number of times is reached, and it will automatically reset to zero in the next test. The instrument has an accumulation function, and it can be manually reset by clicking the reset button. Repeat the test three times and select two close ones as the evaluation result, and evaluate the sanding resistance of the primer and putty according to the number of sanding times and loading quality.
