The battery explosion-proof box is mainly used for personal safety protection in the battery safety performance test, and the battery is placed in the explosion-proof box and connected to the external charge-discharge Tester in the overcharge and over-discharge, charge-discharge test and other tests. Protects the operator and the instrument.

Instrument installation

• Operating Environment Requirements:Room temperature is in the range of 10°C-40°C, and the ambient humidity is within 30%-80%.

• Operational Power Requirements:The power supply of the machine is 220V

• Other:The machine needs to be installed and positioned on a platform with a certain level and certain strength.

Procedure

1. Confirm the power supply Voltage of the whole machine;

2. Open the door of the explosion proof box and place the test specimen in the explosion proof box.

3. Turn on the power switch and turn on the lighting and exhaust systems if needed.

4. After the test is completed, turn off the lighting and exhaust system and the power supply.

Maintenance Procedures

• Clean:Wipe the instrument with a cotton cloth before and after each test to keep the instrument neat and clean.

• Antirust:Open the lower cover, check whether the relative moving parts of the instrument are operating normally in time, and maintain them properly.
