Applications
The battery combustion test machine is mainly used for the battery flame resistance test. This battery performance test is mainly to test the reliability of the battery safety performance when the battery encounters an open flame, and the battery flame resistance performance.
Product principle
The test sample (battery) should be placed 38.1mm above the top of the burner by fixing the mesh screen. The mesh screen has 20 holes every 25.4mm, and the diameter of the steel wire is 0.43mm; light the burner and observe the combustion of the battery at the same time. Until the battery explodes or the battery burns; and the burning process is timed.

Instrument Installation and Setup
Operating environment requirements: room temperature within the range of 10°C-40°C; ambient humidity within 30%-80%
Others: The machine must be installed and positioned on a level platform with a certain strength.
It is required that the laboratory has good ventilation performance and is convenient for exhaust gas.
Steps
First confirm that the power supply Voltage is 220V, connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the fan starts randomly.
Turn on the power switch to see if the instrument is powered on.
Place the sample to be tested on the test net, and confirm whether the sample to be tested is placed directly above the Bunsen burner.
Close the door of the test case, set the time to be tested, press the "Start" button, the electronic igniter will start to ignite, and the test will automatically stop when the set time is up. After the test is completed, it will take 5-10 minutes to take out the sample and take the test. Be sure to use anti-scalding gloves when handling the passed samples and complete a test.
Select remote control test, the operation method is the same as above.
Precautions
The test sample should be a non-deformed sample or a sample with the casing package intact, so as not to affect the test Conclusion.
Before the test, the door of the Test Chamber must be closed to prevent safety accidents.
Each sample battery can only be tested once. Different samples are used for each test.
