Although it depends on the coating conditions, the transfer amount of the coating liquid is usually related to (D-Bar>Wire Bar). Therefore, with the same 1mm area , it can be considered that D-Bar has more applications.

It is only a guide, but when choosing a D-Bar by comparing it to a wire rod, please refer to the following excerpt from the groove specification list, we recommend that you use the smallest specification as a guide, such as A.

*The 1mm area shown in the groove specification table is the measurement data of a test piece with a material diameter of φ10.

*The test pieces used for measuring data are not surface treated.

*1 mm area may vary depending on material diameter, surface treatment type and thickness selected.

*Our 1mm area is not a guaranteed coating amount and may differ from the estimated film thickness depending on coating conditions and the physical properties of the coating fluid, so please use it as a reference value only.
