Introduction
LS253 is a split-type Leeb Hardness Tester. The probe and the host are connected by aviation plugs, and the host intelligently recognizes the impact device. The instrument adopts excellent digital double-coil probe technology, which has strong anti-interference ability and accurate measurement results. Built-in multiple hardness scales, available in Leeb (HL), Vickers (HV), Brinell (HB), Shore (HS), Rockwell (HRA), Rockwell (HRB), Rockwell (HRC) and The tensile strength (σb) can be converted to each other, avoiding cumbersome manual table lookup and conversion. The instrument has two measurement modes, the maximum, minimum and average values can be calculated through the statistical mode, and the quality of incoming materials can be checked in batches through the QC mode. The instrument can be equipped with D\DC\DL\C four different impact devices, suitable for different measurement requirements.

The host and the impact device are connected by an aviation plug, and one host can be freely matched with D\DC\DL\C four impact devices to meet the needs of different measurement environments.

The instrument is connected to the mobile phone APP through Bluetooth, which can realize multiple sets of data storage, and the measured data can also be shared.

Adopting excellent double coil technology, it has good measurement accuracy and repeatability.

The probe has a built-in direction sensor, which can automatically compensate measurement errors in different directions, and realize 360° comprehensive and worry-free measurement.

The instrument has a variety of built-in hardness systems, which can be used in Leeb (HL), Vickers (HV), Brinell (HB), Shore (HS), Rockwell (HRA), Rockwell (HRB), Rockwell (HRC) And intensity (σb) mutual conversion, eliminating the cumbersome steps of manual table lookup.

The instrument has two measurement modes, QC mode and statistical mode, to meet different measurement requirements. Statistical mode can automatically count the maximum value, minimum value and average value of the last 9 groups of data measured. The QC mode can batch check whether the incoming materials are qualified by setting the upper and lower limit values.
