Introduction
LS253 is a split Leeb Hardness Tester, the probe and the main unit are connected by aviation plugs, and the main machine intelligently identifies the impact device. The instrument adopts excellent digital dual-coil probe technology, which is highly resistant to interference and accurate measurement results. Built-in a variety of hardness systems, can be converted between Leeb (HL), Vickers (HV), Brinell (HB), Shore (HS), Rockwell (HRA), Rockwell (HRB), Rockwell (HRC) and tensile strength (σb) to avoid tedious manual table conversion. The instrument has 2 measurement modes, the maximum value, the minimum value and the average value can be calculated through the statistical mode, and the batch inspection of the incoming material can be detected whether the incoming material is qualified or not through the QC mode. The instrument can be equipped with four different impact devices: D, DC, DL, C, which are suitable for different measurement needs.
Features
The main engine and the impact device are connected by the aviation plug, and one main machine can be freely matched with four kinds of impact devices such as D\DC\DL\C to meet the needs of different measurement environments.

The instrument is connected to the mobile phone APP through Bluetooth, which can realize multiple groups of data storage, and the measured data can also be shared.

Excellent dual-coil technology with good measurement accuracy and repeatability.

The probe has a built-in orientation sensor, which can automatically compensate for the measurement error in different directions, and achieve a comprehensive and worry-free 360° measurement.

The instrument has a variety of built-in hardness systems, which can be converted between Leeb (HL), Vickers (HV), Brinell (HB), Shore (HS), Rockwell (HRA), Rockwell (HRB), Rockwell (HRC) and strength (σb), eliminating the tedious steps of manual checking.

The measurement accuracy of the instrument can reach up to ±6HL, which is accurate and can ensure that it can pass the test of the National Credible Metrology Institute.

The instrument is connected to a thermal printer via Bluetooth, and the measurement results can be printed directly on site.

The instrument has two measurement modes to choose from QC mode and statistical mode to meet different measurement needs. The statistical mode automatically counts the maximum, minimum, and average values of the last 9 sets of data. The QC mode can be set by the upper and lower limit values to detect whether the incoming materials are qualified in batches.

Low power consumption technology, dynamic sleep algorithm, with automatic shutdown function, is more energy-saving instrument.
It adopts digital probe technology and has strong anti-interference ability.
Large LCD backlit display, can be used in dim light environment, menu-based operation, and the information is intuitive and easy to understand.
Equipped with a standard hardness block that can be calibrated by the user.
