Features
The ceramic roller first rotates to apply ink evenly, and then the printing material and printing plate cylinder start to rotate simultaneously to complete the proofing work. The ceramic roller, printing material cylinder and printing plate cylinder run synchronously to ensure the quality of proofing.
The four structures of scraper, ceramic roller, printing plate cylinder and printing material cylinder can adjust the pressure independently on the left and right, and the adjustment is flexible;
Anilox roller and scraper are easy to disassemble and assemble
Adopting a large roller structure, it is simple and convenient to install printing materials, install printing plates and clean printing plates.
The instrument can be used for coating, solid color, and dot pattern proofing.
