The main purpose

GFJ high-speed disperser is a device used for mixing, stirring and dispersing liquid or semi-solid materials. It is commonly used in processes in coatings, pigments, inks, adhesives and other industries to achieve effective mixing and uniform dispersion. The disperser has a speed-regulating motor as the main motor, with a power of 1.5KW and a lifting stroke of 600mm. The standard dispersing mixing head size is 100/120mm, which can rotate rapidly in the liquid and generate strong shear force and centrifugal force to achieve mixing and dispersion of materials and ensure product quality and uniformity. Dispersers are widely used in coatings, inks, dyes, adhesives and other industries to provide reliable mixing and dispersing solutions.

Structure and properties

Structural form: The mechanical lifting is equipped with a cycloidal needle reducer; the mixing system is equipped with a speed-regulating motor; a transmission; and an electric control box.
