Introduction
The Iwata cup is a flow time cup used for viscosity measurement of paints. During the test, the paint was poured into the Iwata cup, the spout was opened, and the time it took for the paint to flow out of the cup was recorded.
The NK-2 Viscosity Cup complies with Japanese (JIS) standards and is widely used in electronic products and plastic coating industries. It is suitable for rapid measurement of liquid viscosity in laboratories or construction sites.
It is precisely machined from a cup with a 3.5mm hole in the bottom and a capacity of 50ml. The viscosity of the material is evaluated by measuring the time required for a certain volume of sample in the cup to flow out of the small hole at the bottom.
