Introduction
Flatbed Film Applicators provide precise control of wet or dry film thickness. During routine quality control and research and development tests, the coating's hiding power, opacity, scrub resistance, anti-sag performance and other quality tests require a consistent and repeatable coating.
TR 3001 series is a single-sided Wet Film Applicator with an effective coating width of 100mm and a Total length of 130mm, made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel. The single-sided Applicator has only one coating thickness, which can be used for manual coating or with an automatic coating machine. It is suitable for preparing uniform thin film coatings for coatings, polymer materials, adhesives, inks, etc., and testing coating performance.
