Introduction
The four-sided wet Film Applicator is suitable for the preparation of various paints and coatings, including paints, adhesives, inks, etc. It can provide uniform, consistent coatings and can achieve different thicknesses of coating films on different sample surfaces. TR 3004 series Wet Film Applicator is made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel. The film thickness of TR 3004/80/7 is 50, 100 , 150, 200 μm, and the coating width is 80mm.
Wet Film Applicators provide precise control of wet or dry film thickness. During routine quality control and research and development tests, the coating's hiding power, opacity, scrub resistance, anti-sag performance and other quality tests require a consistent and repeatable coating.
