          Introduction

          The four-sided Wet Film Applicator is used for manual coating proofing of coatings, inks, paints, etc. It can also be placed on an automatic film coating machine to form films. It has four coating thicknesses. TR 3004 series has an effective coating width of 80mm , 160mm, made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel. The film thickness of TR 3004/160/7 is 25, 50, 75 , 100 μm, and the coating width is 160mm.

          The Film Applicator provides precise control of wet or dry film thickness. During routine quality control and research and development tests, the coating's hiding power, opacity, scrub resistance, anti-sag performance and other quality tests require a consistent and repeatable coating.
