Introduction

The sagging Tester is used to measure the flow and thickening of the upper end of the wet film to the lower end in a vertical state, so as to select an appropriate wet film thickness by controlling the physical properties of the paint to ensure a uniform film thickness. The sagging performance is beneficial to the coating control of vertical, corner, round hole and arc workpieces. The sag meter is made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel to ensure its durability and accuracy.

The film thickness of TR 3060/5 sagging Tester is 850-875-900-925-950-975-1000-1025-1050-1075μm. The design complies with GB/T 9264 and ASTM D 3730 standards.
