Introduction
The vacuum coating table adopts the principle of vacuum adsorption, and absorbs the substrate flatly on the vacuum coating table for various film production. The working surface is ground with high precision and the surface is anodized. Equipped with special oil-free Vacuum Pump with adjustable vacuum switch.
The film size of TR 3502/A4 vacuum coating table is 360X250mm. It is made of high-quality aluminum alloy. The spacing between the plate holes is 18mm. There are 176 vacuum holes in total to ensure the effect of substrate adsorption. The oil-free Vacuum Pump ensures the environmental protection of the experiment.
