Introduction

The carton side pressure and ring pressure testing machine conducts a variety of paper quality tests for corrugated cardboard boxes and other packaging materials, namely ring pressure (RCT), flat pressure (FCT), edge pressure (ECT), adhesion (PAT) and general Compression resistance (CMT) and other 5 tests, it is a testing equipment that combines multiple functions in one. Cartons will be stacked due to shipping requirements, so the weight load tolerance depends on the performance of the cardboard. This machine is equipped with various fixture accessories that can test the ring pressure strength of base paper, the flat/edge pressure strength of cardboard, and the bonding strength, so that paper product manufacturers can control production costs and improve product quality.

• After the test is completed, it has an automatic return function to automatically determine the crushing force and automatically save the test data.

• Three settable speeds, full Chinese LCD display operation interface, and a variety of units to choose from.

• Relevant data can be input and the ring pressure strength and edge pressure strength can be automatically converted. It has its own packaging and stacking test function; the force and time can be directly set, and the machine will automatically stop after the test is completed.
