Introduction

Product Installation Instructions

Procedure

1. Pack the materials and grinding medium (grinding beads) to be dispersed into the tank (or bottle). The material-bead mass ratio can be referred to the following table.

2. Put the closed tank (or bottle) into the clamping device, and turn the shaker to clamp it. The clamping force should be appropriate to avoid damage to the can (or bottle) or damage to the clamping device due to excessive force.

3. Try to avoid single-sided canning (or bottle) use. If you do need to use on one side, hold the weight tank (or bottle) of water on the other side.

4. If small glass bottles are used in the clamping configuration, in order to improve the dispersion efficiency, two small glass bottles can be clamped at one time in the symmetrical position near the outer side of the clamping plate. (Pay attention to the balance on both sides of the clamping device)

5. According to the required grinding time, set the timer (random addition, please refer to the timer manual for operation), and start the KS-370 column paint rapid dispersion testing machine.

6. After dispersion, please be sure to confirm that the KS-370C floor-mounted paint rapid dispersion testing machine has been completely stationary, and then turn the shaking hand to loosen the clamping device and take out the tank (or bottle).

7. After the work is completed, please disconnect the power supply and do a good job of cleaning and nursing in time.

How to use the four-hole gripper in the bottle clamp configuration

1. Loosen the ingots nuts at both ends and separate the four-hole gripper up and down.

2. WillThe vials are placed in the lower gripper (the same size as the vials supplied with the glass).

3. Cover the upper gripper and tighten the ingots nuts at both ends.

4. Install the entire gripper on the Blue-devil gripper.

5. When installing, it should be noted that the two slots on the four-hole gripper need to be aligned with the cylindrical pin on the Blue-devil gripper, and the positioning block on the four-hole gripper needs to be above the Blue-devil gripper.

Precautions for use

2. The total mass of the clamping material tank (or bottle) should not exceed 5 kg, so as not to shorten the service life of the coating rapid dispersion testing machine.

3. Please do a good job of cleaning and maintaining the guide rod and screw of the gripper in time to avoid rust or residual foreign matter causing difficulties in clamping advance and retreat.

4. The floor-mounted paint rapid dispersion testing machine will have a large heat when working, and the coating rapid dispersion testing machine needs to be placed in a workplace with good ventilation conditions.

5. In order to prolong the service life of the coating rapid dispersion testing machine, after each work exceeds 90 minutes, please stop the machine for 10~15 minutes to dissipate heat before starting.
