Overview

LX-A Shore A Hardness Tester is suitable for testing instruments of low to medium hardness plastics, leather, various types of rubber, polyesters, wax and other hardnesses. This product meets the requirements of the national GB/T531-1999 standard and other relevant standards.

How to use:

Place the pattern on a solid plane, hold the Hardness Tester, and press the pressure foot on the sample at least 12mm away from the edge of the sample, so that the pressure pin is pressed vertically into the sample until the pressure foot is in full contact with the sample, and the reading is within 1S. The hardness values were tested 5 times at different locations at least 6 mm apart from each other, and the average value was taken (at least 15 mm apart between the measuring points of microporous materials).

In order to stabilize the test conditions and improve the test accuracy, the Hardness Tester should be measured on the same type of measuring rack produced by the supporting production.
