Overview

LX-D Shore D Hardness Tester is suitable for hardness testing of hard rubber, hard resin, glass, thermoplastic, printing board, fiber, acrylic and other high-commercial hardness materials. This product meets the requirements of national GB/T531-1999 standard and other related standards.

How to use

Place the pattern on a firm plane, hold the Hardness Tester, and press the pressing pin on the sample smoothly at least 12mm away from the edge of the sample, so that the pressing pin is pressed vertically into the sample until the pressing foot and the sample are completely in contact. Reads within 1S. Test the hardness value 5 times at different positions at least 6mm apart from the measuring points, and take the average value (at least 15mm apart from the measuring points of microporous material).

In order to stabilize testing conditions and improve the test accuracy, the Hardness Tester device should be measured on the same type of measuring rack produced by the company.
