Features
The gas connection method adopts a quick connection flange structure.
The process of picking and placing materials is simplified, and only one clamp screen is needed to complete the gas connection and facilitate operation.
The complex flange installation process is eliminated and the possibility of damage to the furnace tube due to installation is reduced
It adopts a double-layer shell structure, the inner layer is a stainless steel structure, and the shell is carbon steel
The heating furnace is composed of two parts, the upper furnace can be flipped backward 110° to facilitate access and place, and the furnace material of the observation experimental material is made of high-purity alumina fiber material, which saves 50% energy saving and uniform temperature field.
The heating element is made of alloy wire OCr27Al7Mo2 resistance wire, which is located around the furnace to ensure high temperature uniformity and good temperature field effect.
Quartz tube is used, and both ends are sealed with stainless steel flanges.
K-type thermocouple temperature measurement is used for temperature measurement preparation.
The double-layer furnace shell is equipped with an air cooling system, which can quickly cool the surface of the furnace body, and the surface temperature of the furnace shell is less than 60 degrees.
The furnace tube is equipped with a pair of stainless steel sealing flanges, sealed with silicone sealing rings, installed with a mechanical pressure gauge, and the temperature control instrument is adjusted by PID with 30-stage temperature control.
