Introduction

The WTW-100 wet film thickness roller has a measuring range of 0~100μm, a graduation value of 5μm, a diameter of 50mm, and is made of 9Cr18Mo wear-resistant stainless steel.

Principle

The principle of the wet film wheel is based on physical measurement. It measures the thickness of the wet coating by gently rolling a scaled roller on the surface of the wet coating, and then reading the value on the scale.
