Introduction of SZQ-100 Wet Film Applicator

MODERNER SZQ-100 is a GB bird-type Wet Film Applicator with a coating film width of 78mm and a coating film thickness of 100μm. SZQ-100 is a single-sided Wet Film Applicator. SZQ-100 Wet Film Applicator is a stainless steel standard Wet Film Applicator.

Material and Hardness

SZQ-100 (GB bird type) Wet Film Applicator is made of 9Cr18Mo high-carbon chromium stainless steel with a hardness of HRC48±2.

operation method

1) Put the sample on the platform, fix it, and do not move when the Wet Film Applicator slides over.

2) According to the required wet film thickness, select a Wet Film Applicator and place it on the short side of the template, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3) Then pour about 5 ml of the sample in front of the SZQ-100 (GB bird type) coating Wet Film Applicator, press both ends of it with your fingers, and slide at a constant speed of 150 mm/s, that is, the coating is finished. A thick wet film is required.

4) After use, wash and dry with a suitable solvent, and coat the surface with oil or petroleum jelly.
