MODERNER SZQ-125 single-sided I-shaped applicator is a single-sided Wet Film Applicator made of stainless steel with a groove width of 78mm. The thickness of the coating film of the SZQ-125 I-shaped applicator is 125 microns, and the accuracy is ±4 μm .

Material and Hardness

SZQ-125 (GB bird type) single-sided I-shaped applicator is made of 9Cr18Mo high-carbon chromium stainless steel with a hardness of HRC48±2.

operation method

1) Put the sample on the platform, fix it, and do not move when the Wet Film Applicator slides over.

2) According to the required wet film thickness, select a Wet Film Applicator and place it on the short side of the template, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3) Then pour about 5 ml of the sample on the front of the SZQ-125 (GB bird type) single-sided I-shaped applicator, press both ends of it with your fingers, and slide at a constant speed of 150 mm/s, that is, to coat into a wet film of desired thickness.

4) After use, wash and dry with a suitable solvent, and coat the surface with oil or petroleum jelly.
