Introduction to SZQ-37.5 Stainless Steel Wet Film Preparator

MODERNER SZQ-37.5 stainless steel Wet Film Applicator is a GB stainless steel Wet Film Applicator with a groove width of 78mm and a coating film thickness of 37.5μm. The coating accuracy of SZQ-37.5 is ±2μm. SZQ-37.5 stainless steel Wet Film Applicator is a GB bird-type Wet Film Applicator, which is suitable for preparing coating films in coatings, paints, inks, colorants and other industries.

Material and hardness

MODERNER SZQ-37.5 (GB bird type) stainless steel Wet Film Applicator is made of 9Cr18Mo high carbon chromium stainless steel with a hardness of HRC48±2.

Steps

1) Place the sample on the coating platform and fix it. It must not move when the wet Film Applicator slides over it.

2) According to the required wet film thickness, select the appropriate model of wet Film Applicator and place it on the short side of the sample, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3) Then pour about 5 ml of sample in front of the wet Film Applicator, hold both ends of it with your fingers, and slide it at a constant speed of 150 mm/second, that is, apply a wet film with the required thickness.

4) After use, clean and dry the wet Film Applicator with solvent, and apply oil or Vaseline on the surface.

Note: The wet Film Applicator should be kept dry when not in use.
