MODERNER SZQ-50 (GB Bird-type) Coating Applicator 50μm Film thickness

Introduction

The thickness of the coating film of the MODERNER applicator SZQ-50 is 50 microns, and the accuracy is ±2 microns. The SZQ-50 applicator uses high-carbon chromium stainless steel, and the effective coating film width is 78mm. SZQ-50 is in line with GB standard.

Material and Hardness

MODERNER SZQ-50 (GB bird type) applicators are all made of 9Cr18Mo high-carbon chromium stainless steel with a hardness of HRC48±2.

Steps

1) Place the template on the coating platform and fix it, and it must not move when the wet Film Applicator slides over.

2) According to the required wet film thickness, select a suitable type of wet Film Applicator, and place it on the short side of the template, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3) Then pour about 5 ml of the sample in front of the wet Film Applicator, press both ends of it with your fingers, and slide at a constant speed of 150 mm/s to coat a wet film with a required thickness.

4) The wet Film Applicator should be cleaned and dried with solvent after use, and the surface should be coated with oil or petroleum jelly.

CAUTION: Keep wet Film Applicator dry when not in use.
