Introduction of SZQ-250 single side preparer

The groove width of MODERNER SZQ-250 single-sided Applicator is 100mm, and the coating film thickness is 250 microns. The SZQ-250 single-sided Applicator is made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and high hardness. operation method

(1) Place the template on the coating platform and fix it, and it must not move when the Wet Film Applicator slides over.

(2) According to the required wet film thickness, select a suitable type of Wet Film Applicator, and place it on the short side of the sample, close to parallel or at a specified position.

(3) Pour about 5ml of paint sample on the front of the SZQ -250 (ISO bird type) single-sided preparator , press both ends with fingers, slide at a constant speed of 150mm/s, and finally coat the required thickness wet film.

(4) After the Wet Film Applicator is used, it should be cleaned and dried with a solvent, and the surface can be coated with oil or petroleum jelly. (Note that the wet Film Applicator should be kept dry when not in use.)
