Product Applications

The basic principle of the Leeb Hardness Tester is that the impact body with a certain mass impacts the surface of the specimen under a certain test force, and the impact velocity and rebound speed of the impact body are measured at 1mm from the surface of the specimen, and the Voltage proportional to the speed is induced by the electromagnetic principle. It is suitable for failure analysis of installed mechanical or permanent assembly components, mold row cavities, heavy workpieces, pressure vessels, steam turbine generator sets and their equipment, workpieces, bearings and other parts with limited experimental space, formal original records of test results, material differentiation in metal material warehouses and rapid inspection of multiple measuring parts in large work.
