Brief Introduction of SZQ-350 I-shaped Coater

MODERNER SZQ-350 I-shaped applicator has a coating film width of 100mm and a coating film thickness of 350 microns. The SZQ-350 I-shaped applicator is a stainless steel single-sided applicator. SZQ-350 I-shaped applicator is an ISO bird-type SZQ Wet Film Applicator in a MODERNER, I-shaped.

operation method

(1) Place the template on the coating platform and fix it, and it must not move when the Wet Film Applicator slides over.

(2) According to the required wet film thickness, select a suitable type of Wet Film Applicator, and place it on the short side of the sample, close to parallel or at a specified position.

(3) Pour about 5ml of paint sample in front of the SZQ -350 (ISO bird type) I-shaped applicator , press both ends with fingers, slide at a constant speed of 150mm/s, and finally coat to the desired thickness wet film.

(4) After the Wet Film Applicator is used, it should be cleaned and dried with a solvent, and the surface can be coated with oil or petroleum jelly. (Note that the wet Film Applicator should be kept dry when not in use.)
