Steps

1) Place the template on the coating platform and fix it, and it must not move when the wet Film Applicator slides over.

2) According to the required wet film thickness, select a suitable type of wet Film Applicator, and place it on the short side of the template, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3) Then  pour about 5 ml of the sample on the front of the SZQ-300 (GB bird type) single-sided Applicator, press both ends of it with your fingers, and slide at a constant speed of 150 mm/s, that is, coat it to the required thickness wet film.

4) The wet Film Applicator should be cleaned and dried with solvent after use, and the surface should be coated with oil or petroleum jelly.

NOTE: Keep the single-sided Applicator dry when not in use.
