Installation process
1. Adopt nitrogen flushing welding process, use oxygen-free copper pipes for low-temperature connecting pipes, and use 48-hour high pressure-maintaining and anti-leakage process to ensure welding quality.
2. The pipeline installation adopts the bending process of pipe bending machine. Elbow welding is not allowed in the turning parts.
3. The low-temperature pipeline is equipped with shock-absorbing process pipes, and the refrigeration unit uses shock-absorbing springs and foot pads for shock absorption and noise reduction.
4. The filter dryer absorbs residual moisture, particles, impurities, and acidic substances in the refrigeration system.
5. The selection of solenoid valves is mainly based on brand. Necessary valve core cooling protection measures should be taken when welding solenoid valves to prevent damage or shortening of service life.
