Steps

1) Place the sample on the platform and fix it, ensuring that the frame-type 25/50/75/100 small-Frame Applicator cannot move when it slides over.

2) According to the experimental requirements, select a small Frame Applicator with appropriate wet film thickness and place it on the short side of the sample, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3) Pour about 5 ml of sample in front of the 25/50/75/100 small frame Applicator.

4) Press both ends of the preparer with your fingers and slide it at a constant speed of 150 ml/second to obtain a wet film of the required thickness.

5) After use, the preparer should be cleaned immediately with a suitable solvent and coated with oil or petroleum jelly.
